Ball blanks sintering: Gas pressure sintering(GPS) or hot isostatic pressure sintering(Hip).
Available size rangs of ceramic balls: 1/16" (1.588mm) to 2" (50.8mm).
Highest available grade: G3 grade for balls smaller than 1/2" (12.7mm), G5 grade for balls sized between 1/2" (12.7mm) to 1" (25.4mm), G10 grade for balls larger than 1" (25.4mm).
Zirconia(ZrO2) Ceramic Balls
Ball blanks sintering: Pressure-less sintering.
Available size rangs of ceramic balls: 2mm to 30mm.
Highest available grade: G10 grade for balls smaller than 15mm, G16 grade for balls sized between 15mm to 35mm, G24 grade for balls larger than 35mm.
